6 - Hour flexible workshop hours that can be scheduled in a way that best supports your journey. Your hours may be use as:

• Six-1 hour sessions
• Three -2 hour sesssions
• Two 3- hour sessions
• Or another combination that suites your needs.

Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement and may be booked over time.
